Job Title: Assistant Manager, Medical Imaging

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Atlantic Health System. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management and delivery of care to patients and their breast health. You will work closely with the Manager to ensure efficient operational workflows and promote timely customer access for the breast imaging program.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver care to patients and their breast health
  • Ensure efficient operational workflows
  • Promote timely customer access for the breast imaging program
  • Assist the Manager with capital budgets for cost centers within the Breast center
  • Develop and implement marketing plans
  • Maintain knowledge of fiscal responsibility
  • Act as a resource within the Department of Radiology, AHS, and to the community
  • Attend and actively participate in Breast Steering Leadership Committee and hospital wide councils as requested
  • Work collaboratively with the Nurse Manager, Director of Medical Imaging, and adhere to AHS PRIDE VALUES and policies and procedures
  • Utilize evidence-based practices from the American College of Radiology (ACR)

Qualifications:

  • Must have attended and completed an accredited Radiology School or program
  • Must possess current accreditation/license/certification in ARRT (R), Mammo
  • At least 3+ years of medical imaging leadership experience in a hospital setting preferred
  • EPIC Experience a plus
  • API scheduling a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
