Pet Groomer

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pet Groomer to join our team at PetSuites. As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional animal care and delivering a positive experience for our furry friends and their owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and gentle handling of pets, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Deliver high-quality grooms and baths, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
• Work closely with Resort Hosts to schedule appointments and ensure seamless communication with clients.
• Meet and greet clients, discussing grooming instructions and providing report cards on their pet's condition.
• Return phone calls and emails in a timely manner, growing your business by rescheduling appointments.
• Ensure client satisfaction by resolving any customer service issues within your capabilities.
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment, following resort standards for cleaning and disinfecting.

Requirements:

• Professional grooming certifications preferred but not required.
• Two to four years of professional grooming experience.
• Strong knowledge of individual breed standards and breed cuts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling dogs of all sizes and lifting up to 60 lbs.
