Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Travel Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. This role involves providing high-quality ultrasound services in various healthcare settings.

Certification Requirements
  • ARDMS OB/GYN certification is mandatory.
  • BLS certification is required.
Job Details
  • Contract duration: 13 weeks.
  • Scheduling flexibility is limited; requests for time off must be included at the time of submission.
  • This position does not require weekend work.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience is required; local candidates and first-time travelers are welcome.
  • Average daily patient volume: 50 patients across 8 rooms.
  • Experience in high-risk OB and maternal-fetal medicine is essential.
  • Required skills include performing fetal anatomical surveys, amniocentesis, fetal echocardiograms, and umbilical cord Doppler studies.
  • Familiarity with the Epic charting system is required.
  • Uniform: Black scrubs.
Job Requirements
  • Valid ARDMS OB/GYN certification.
  • BLS certification is required.
Schedule Information

This position does not require weekend shifts.
