Barista

The Human Bean is seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting high-quality beverages.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, in accordance with customer requests and company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Follow proper payment handling procedures and maintain accurate cash handling and inventory management.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Food handlers permit and ability to obtain required certifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
