OBJECTIVE: The primary goal of this position is to provide exceptional customer service while delivering high-quality food and beverage options at the Caribou outlet situated within Nickelodeon Universe.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and set up the Caribou location for serving food and drinks
  • Craft Caribou beverages with an emphasis on quality, accuracy, and uniformity
  • Adhere to Caribou's standards for all food and drink offerings

  • Stay updated on seasonal offerings of coffee, beverages, and food items
  • Possess knowledge of menu items, beverages, and their ingredients
  • Utilize suggestive selling techniques to boost sales
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by warmly greeting guests, understanding their needs, and providing friendly farewells
  • Maintain hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards
  • Ensure the sales area is safe and tidy
  • Address general guest inquiries or direct them to appropriate resources
  • Accurately handle cash transactions following established protocols
  • Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and discounts
  • May assist other departments as needed, including rides and retail
  • Regular attendance is essential
  • Perform additional assigned tasks as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum age requirement of 16 years
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional late evenings for special events

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in cash handling is beneficial
  • Background in barista, food service, and customer service is advantageous
  • Basic computer skills are preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Frequent standing and movement - 90% of the time
  • Repetitive motion (keyboard usage) - 90% of the time
  • Occasional kneeling and bending - 30% of the time
  • Frequent reaching at or below shoulder level - 90% of the time
  • Infrequent reaching at or above shoulder level - 10% of the time
