Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, cleaning HVAC units, and unloading delivery trucks
  • Assist with equipment maintenance, including filtering oil fryers and cleaning equipment
  • Take out and empty trash, and maintain the overall appearance of the restaurant
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve and maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a routine
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
