Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Supervisor to join our Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and managing the day-to-day operations of the audit department, ensuring all audits are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements across non-profit, government, and corporate sectors.
  • Review and approve audit work papers and financial statements to ensure they meet all regulatory and accounting standards.
  • Develop and implement audit strategies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates and resolve any issues.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior audit staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, with a focus on non-profit, government, and corporate audits.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting and external auditing.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting and auditing standards.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a team.
