Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure quality control measures are in place and effective.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff on quality control procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure quality expectations are met.
- Bachelor's degree in a science-related field, such as chemistry or engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in quality assurance and control, with a focus on ready mix concrete.
- Professional certifications, such as ACI or NRMCA Concrete Technologist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and industry-specific quality control software.
- Normal office and laboratory environment, with occasional visits to manufacturing facilities and job sites.
- Extended hours of standing and walking required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
