Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure quality control measures are in place and effective.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Provide technical support and training to production staff on quality control procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure quality expectations are met.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a science-related field, such as chemistry or engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in quality assurance and control, with a focus on ready mix concrete.
  • Professional certifications, such as ACI or NRMCA Concrete Technologist.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and industry-specific quality control software.
Working Conditions
  • Normal office and laboratory environment, with occasional visits to manufacturing facilities and job sites.
  • Extended hours of standing and walking required.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) required regularly.
