Job Title: HVAC Instructor

Charter College is seeking a highly qualified HVAC Instructor to join our team. As an HVAC Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in our popular HVAC program.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HVAC professional to teach and train students in our HVAC program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC and be able to effectively communicate complex concepts to students.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach and mentor students in our HVAC program
  • Develop and implement curriculum to meet the needs of our students
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a high-quality learning experience
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the HVAC industry
  • HVAC certification preferred
  • Experience teaching or training others
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
