POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist to provide exceptional care within a Skilled Nursing environment. COMPENSATION:

Competitive salary ranging from $35 to $40 per hour, negotiable based on experience.

WORK SCHEDULE:

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology with valid licensure in the state of practice; two years of clinical experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise independent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of patients/residents and developing individualized care plans.
  • Administering direct therapy treatments and providing consultations to a diverse rehabilitation caseload.
  • Actively participating in clinical team meetings and procedures.
  • Educating and guiding caregiving staff to enhance patient care.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of clinical programs.
  • Supervising licensed speech therapists, assistants, and students as required, with potential administrative duties in collaborative settings.
