The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing customer service operations of similar size and scope, with expertise in Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS), Scattered Castles, clearance passing, and conducting security briefings and debriefings.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to anticipate and solve problems, as well as resolve customer issues in a fast-paced, changing environment. A current Top Secret security clearance is required for this position.
