Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and secure work environment, adhering to credit union policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Up to six months of similar or related experience.
  • A high school education or GED.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
