Fitness Ambassador

Undefeated Tribe is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment that exceeds their expectations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for greeting members and guests, handling membership sales and services, and providing information on club facilities and programs.

• Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests
• Handle membership sales and services
• Provide information on club facilities and programs
• Assist with membership, retail, and tanning product sales
• Deliver on new member enrollment expectations
• Check in members and guests in accordance with company procedures
• Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner
• Communicate special events to members and guests
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
• Maintain a professional and courteous disposition
• Be an expert in all club facility, services, programs, and schedules/hours of operation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Able to navigate all stations of the front desk area

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position
• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)

• Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs
• Physical effort required for daily duties include prolonged standing and walking

• High school diploma or GED required

$12-14/hour + Commission
