The Team SE is a vital part of our organization, responsible for providing overarching service functions for the entire company. With approximately 350 employees, we offer diverse and varied tasks in a solid, expanding company with a medium-sized tradition and a modern working environment.
Your Role
We are seeking a skilled Personal Clerk to join our Team SE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Independent processing of monthly payroll for a fixed area
- Contact person for employees, managers, and management in all questions regarding payroll
- Implementation of our HR processes
- Communication with the works council
- Preparation of employment contracts, additional agreements, etc.
- Maintenance of master data and management of electronic personnel files
- Certification management
- Processing of electronic time recording
- General administrative tasks
Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of payroll processing and HR procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
