Job Title: NICU Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled NICU Registered Nurse to join our team at MedPro Healthcare Staffing. As a NICU Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to newborns in the neonatal intensive care unit.

Job Summary:

The NICU Registered Nurse will work closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for high-risk newborns. This role requires strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct and specialized care for newborns requiring close monitoring due to premature birth, birth defects, infection, or other medical conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for high-risk newborns.
  • Assist in the management of patient care and provide education to patients and families.
Requirements:
  • Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care NICU setting.
  • Active RN License.
  • BLS, PALS, & NRP Certifications.
  • Degree from accredited nursing program.
