Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year (base pay) + commissions
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Luthier to provide exceptional maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while enhancing our store's inventory. As a key member of our team, you will deliver top-notch craftsmanship, excellent service, and a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers, ensuring a satisfying experience
- Service customer-owned instruments with high-quality workmanship
- Maintain store-owned gear as requested
- Complete warranty repair work
- Additional duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in repairing guitars
Preferred Qualifications:
- Foundational knowledge of Guitar Center products
