  • Guest Interaction:

  • Order Processing:
    Efficiently manage GC On the Go To-Go orders and ensure accurate payment handling.
  • Menu Knowledge:
    Maintain a thorough understanding of the daily buffet offerings, menu items, and pricing.

Maintaining Cleanliness:

  • Ensure the vestibule, host/cashier area, and adjacent spaces are organized and clean.
  • Assist in setting up the buffet correctly and ensure all labels are accurate, while cleaning buffets and surrounding areas regularly.
  • Adhere to local health regulations and uphold cleanliness, service, and quality standards as per the duty roster.

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Keep the cashier drawer at minimal cash levels to promote a secure work environment.
  • Ensure the drawer balances with daily financial documentation.
