About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team based out of our Auburn, Maine office. As a member of our rehabilitation team, you'll work closely with patients to develop and implement customized therapy plans that address their unique needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized therapy plans for patients
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions in patients' homes, focusing on strength, mobility, and pain management
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training

Requirements
  • Valid Physical Therapist License in the State of Maine
  • Graduate of an accredited college-level approved program
  • Current CPR certification (we offer monthly renewal classes)
