Job Description

Homesmart Technologies Inc is seeking a highly skilled Drafter to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience with conduit scheduling for projects and be able to explain conduits to clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing permit sets
  • BDA Permit preparation
  • Pre and post readings in the City of Miami
  • Preparing readings with heat maps in Broward, Miami Beach, Orlando, Tampa, Fort Myers, West Palm Beach, etc.
  • Post readings with two frequencies (700-800 Mhz) in Broward, Miami Beach, Orlando, Tampa, Fort Myers, West Palm Beach, etc.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
