As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings and locations, gaining valuable experience and skills while making a positive impact on the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a Long Term Care setting
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Monitor and report patient progress to healthcare teams
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Washington
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Long Term Care
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts, nights
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
