Job Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for assisting in the development and review of client plans of care, providing nursing services in accordance with physician orders, observing and recording patient reactions, and educating family members or other healthcare staff. Participation in quality assessment activities, meetings, and education programs is also expected.

Qualifications:
  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
  • Effective communication skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
