Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Vocational training or certification in HVAC technology or geothermal systems.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair, with a focus on geothermal systems preferred.
    • Familiarity with geothermal heat pumps, ground loops, and related equipment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of geothermal HVAC systems and components.
