Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our properties, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of properties, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
• Manage a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance and support as needed.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure the longevity of our properties.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address any maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective service.
• Manage budgets and inventory to ensure efficient use of resources.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance or facilities management.
• Proven track record of success in leading a team and managing budgets.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (highly preferred).
• EPA or CPO certification (a plus).
• Valid driver's license.
