Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will provide personalized care and support to residents with activities of daily living and personal care, promoting their autonomy and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with essential activities such as bathing, dressing, ambulating, toileting, and feeding, using proper body mechanics and assistive devices as needed.
  • Support residents with instrumental activities like placing phone calls, performing light housekeeping tasks, and assisting with laundry and mail delivery.
  • Cue residents on medication administration and observe any changes in their physical or cognitive condition, reporting these to supervisors or directors as necessary.
  • Conduct room checks, monitor environmental safety hazards, record incidents, and complete required documentation during shifts.
  • Participate in the resident-centered activity program and support other staff in providing excellent care and services.
Requirements

No experience is required, but CNA certification is mandatory for this role. We offer a supportive work environment and opportunities for growth and development.
