This exciting new Talent Acquisition position will work closely with our Corporate Talent Acquisition Supervisor, local Nurse Management, and Operational Leadership on various recruiting initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities:
• Successfully manage approximately 50-60 Dialysis Nursing open positions, ranging from In-Center and Hospital Services Dialysis Nurses, to Nurse Managers and Charge Nurses
• Efficiently and effectively fill DCIs open positions while maintaining a high level of honesty and integrity throughout the recruiting life-cycle
• Establish close, trusting relationships with DCI Nurse Managers and Area Operations Directors across 30 states
• Provide tactical, hands-on recruiting support to the above business partners on an ongoing basis
• Leverage and expand DCIs current RN talent networks to locate quality Nursing Talent that fit our Mission, Vision, and Values
• Research and recommend new resources for active and passive candidate recruiting
• Effectively use social networking channels to identify and source viable Nursing candidates
• Measure current recruiting strategies with Talent Acquisition Manager to determine the effectiveness of each initiative and their return on investment
• Partner with DCI's College Recruiter to help establish effective, long-term Nursing School recruiting initiatives in the areas we serve

Qualifications:
A Bachelors Degree is required
A minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience in full life-cycle Healthcare/Nurse recruitment is required
Dialysis recruiting experience preferred
Advanced Social Media sourcing skills required
1-2 years of experience with applicant tracking systems required, knowledge of iCIMS is a plus
Certified HealthCare Recruiter (CHCR), Certified Recruitment Specialist (CRS) Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Professional Certification (SHRMPC) a plus
