**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Click To Pay Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing a unified digital payments system that meets the needs of millions of users and top merchants, payment providers, and banks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop features and improvements to the CTP product in a secure, well-tested, and performant way
  • Collaborate with Product Management and other stakeholders within Engineering (Frontend, UX, etc.) to maintain a high bar for quality in a fast-paced, iterative environment
  • Provide improvements to product quality, security, and performance
  • Solve technical problems of the highest scope and complexity for your team
  • Shepherd the definition and improvement of our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale web environment
  • Maintain and advocate for these standards through code review
  • Provide mentorship for all Engineers on your team to help them grow in their technical responsibilities and remove blockers to their autonomy
  • Represent C2P team and its values in public communication around broad initiatives, specific projects, and community contributions
  • Interact with customers and other external stakeholders as a consultant and spokesperson for the work of your team
  • Confidently ship large features and improvements with minimal guidance and support from other team members
  • Collaborate with the team on larger projects
  • Lead product feature teams from inception to launch

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience
  • Expert in JAVA
  • Expert in building and consuming REST APIs
  • Expert knowledge with Spring Technologies
  • Expert diagraming solutions (flow, block, logical)
  • Knowledge of Security and Authentication standards and technologies like OAuth
  • Comfortable in delivering presentations to small to medium size forums
  • Experience with JavaScript and front-end technologies/frameworks like JQuery, ReactJS, Angular
  • Experience architecting solutions that is secure, resilient, and scalable
  • Experience in building out a Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipeline
  • Knowledgeable about Database technologies like Oracle and NoSQL solutions
  • Knowledgeable about network architecture, VIPS, and Firewalls

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD

About the Role

This is a hybrid position, which means you will alternate time between working remotely and in the office. You will be expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week, with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
