Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Haxtun, CO.

About the Role:
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Treat customers professionally; greet customers promptly and courteously, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform cashier responsibilities including accepting payments and issuing receipts accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Display and organize products in the store for easy customer access.
  • Maintain the appearance of the store through regular cleaning and dusting, and restock merchandise on shelves as needed.
  • Order merchandise and track inventory levels as assigned by management.
  • Monitor customers to assist the store in preventing loss and ensuring a secure shopping environment.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in Retail and/or Retail Merchandising and Customer Service.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite and ability to learn new computer systems quickly.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly wage: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour.
  • Bonus or incentives may be included based on individual performance.
