Job Title: Special Procedure Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Special Procedure Technologist to join our team at RWJBarnabas Health.

About the Role:

The Special Procedure Technologist will be responsible for performing radiographic procedures as required by physician orders. This includes providing patient service using diagnostic, portable, and fluoroscopic equipment. The ideal candidate will be competent in the production of quality radiographs for proper treatment and diagnosis by physician.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist radiologists with special examinations
  • Responsible for routine and stat cases
  • On-call for IR procedures as needed
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved School of Radiologic Technology
  • Licensed by the State of New Jersey and Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
  • BLS certification through the American Heart Association
  • Successful completion of department-specific orientation
Work Schedule:

Day shift, per diem schedule with varying shifts based on department needs
