Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers and assist them with their shopping requirements
  • Accurately handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments
  • Keep the checkout area clean and organized
  • Help customers find products and guide them in their purchasing choices
  • Provide detailed product information and respond to customer questions
  • Track inventory levels and replenish stock as necessary
  • Adhere to all company policies regarding cash management, returns, and exchanges
Required Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in customer service or retail sales is advantageous
  • Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail
  • Basic arithmetic skills for cash handling and total calculations
  • Excellent verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, such as Russian, Ukrainian, or Polish, is a plus

The ideal candidate will have a background in retail and a commitment to providing excellent service.
