We are seeking a motivated Day Porter - Janitorial Service Specialist to join our team. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and healthiness of our clients' properties.

About This Opportunity
  • This is a part-time opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping others and take pride in their work.
  • No prior janitorial experience is required as comprehensive training is provided through TamCare's Successful Training program.
  • You will be trained in TamCare's cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-sealed certified supplies and equipment.
Job Responsibilities
  1. Provide professional cleaning and disinfecting services to maintain a healthy environment for our clients and their occupants.
  2. Remove trash and recyclables from designated areas.
  3. Complete daily tasks per schedule to ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities.
  4. Clean, disinfect, and stock restrooms to maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness.
  5. Maintain all common areas for cleanliness, including but not limited to, lobbies, hallways, and break rooms.
  6. Responsible for keeping property clean, neat, and orderly, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  7. Assist the building manager with cleaning issues and concerns.
Requirements
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with our organization.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to wear provided TamCare apparel and personal protective equipment when necessary, in accordance with position and OSHA requirements.
  • Reliable transportation to travel between locations.
  • Familiarity with time tracking systems and ability to accurately record hours worked.
