This role involves managing the daily food service operations, including Resident Dining, Retail, Catering, and Concessions, while supervising a team of five managers and over 100 frontline staff. This position serves as the second-in-command and presents significant opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operational activities;
  • Ensure high-quality food service delivery;
  • Meet financial targets and objectives set by the company and client;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers;
  • Develop and implement strategic plans;

  • Uphold Sodexo's standards and protocols.

Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on employee engagement and collaboration;
  • 3-5 years of management experience in a high-volume, multi-unit dining setting;
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain professional communication;
  • Flexibility to adapt to additional responsibilities as required;
  • Proficient in Food Management Systems and computer skills/report management;
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits:

The budgeted salary range for this position is competitive, with relocation assistance available. Notably, the state has no income tax.
