Hospice Liaison

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Hospice Liaison to join our team at MUSC Health At Home by BAYADA. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with referral sources in the community to promote our hospice services and help expand our business in Charleston, SC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generating referrals for hospice by building relationships with physicians, long-term care facilities, and other community resources.
• Conducting market analysis and developing sales strategies to achieve business goals.
• Conducting sales calls and evaluating the effectiveness of sales activity.
• Supporting business development activities and establishing strong relationships with new and existing referral sources.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
• At least two years of recent sales experience in the healthcare industry, with hospice experience strongly preferred.
• Formal sales training.
• Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.
• Evidence of achieving referral goals within the market.
• Excellent planning, organization, and presentation skills are critical.
