Job Summary

As a Grill Cook at Eurest, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our customers in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This is a full-time position that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food to order, ensuring that it is presented attractively and is served at the correct temperature.
  • Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, following established steps of service.
  • Use approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control.
  • Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator in accordance with established safety standards.
  • Clean, sanitize, and maintain all assigned work areas, equipment, and utensils to ensure sanitation standards are met.
  • Resolve customer concerns and report relevant information and concerns to supervisor.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of previous food service experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
