About the Role

The Customer Quality Support Specialist is a critical position within our Distribution Center team, responsible for ensuring seamless post-shipping experiences for our customers and business partners in the United States. As the first point of contact for support, you will utilize your exceptional customer service skills and knowledge to resolve inquiries and escalate issues as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner, providing regular updates and clarification to ensure a positive experience.
  • Deliver solutions to customers with post-shipping queries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve the issue.
  • Monitor the status of all inquiries to ensure timely and complete resolution.
  • Collaborate with Distribution Center Operations teams to provide internal and external customers with updates on order status and operational calendars.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in business, communication, or a related field preferred.
  • Two years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a focus on telephone and email inquiries in the industrial market.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce a plus.
  • Candidates must have a valid work authorization to work in the US.
