Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and evaluate cytology specimens for abnormalities.
- Document findings and communicate results to pathologists.
- Stay current with advances in cytopathology techniques.
- Assist in educating healthcare staff about cytology practices.
- Maintain quality control in sample processing.
- Bachelor's degree in cytotechnology or related field.
- Certification as a Cytotechnologist (e.g., ASCP).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication abilities.
