Haraka Headhunters LLC, a top-tier attorney search firm, is seeking a seasoned General Counsel for a rapidly growing specialty financing company in South Miami, Florida.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a general counsel role, preferably within the funding or insurance sector. They should possess expertise in drafting investor memorandums, legal opinions, and contracts. Additional experience in purchasing receivables would be advantageous.

To excel in this position, candidates must hold a JD or LLM from a US ABA-accredited law school and be admitted to the FL State Bar Association. The successful General Counsel will contribute to the company's continued growth and success by providing strategic legal guidance and support.

This exciting opportunity comes with a highly competitive salary of $155-$175k, plus an EOY bonus of up to $50k, representing a 10% profit share. Additionally, the company offers:
