Join Our Team as an Occupational Therapy Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at The Healthcare Resort Of Kansas City. As an OTA, you will play a vital role in providing rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, and modalities.
  • Assess patient progress and communicate with supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments accordingly.
  • Report effectiveness of treatment outcomes to supervising Occupational Therapist.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Current and active State license/registration where applicable.
  • We welcome candidates with all levels of experience.
