As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for conducting buyer and seller closings, coordinating remote closings, and handling any and all complaints. You will also be responsible for making visits to lenders and real estate agents as needed, reviewing and working to clear title issues for files, training new employees, scheduling closings, and preparing closing documents.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and stakeholders, including buyers, sellers, realtors, and lenders. You will be responsible for ensuring that all closings are completed in a timely and efficient manner, and that all necessary documents are prepared and reviewed.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. You will also need to have experience with title/escrow software, such as Quali plus.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Requirements:**
* 1 or more years experience as an Escrow Officer, or 2-3 years experience as a senior-level Escrow Assistant
* Excellent computer skills, including experience with title/escrow software
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
