Accede Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for negotiating contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure favorable terms, pricing, and quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Negotiate and Manage Contracts: Develop and implement effective contract negotiation strategies to secure favorable terms and pricing with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Contract Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to renewal or termination, including contract drafting, review, execution, and documentation.
- Vendor Performance Management: Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual obligations, resolve disputes or discrepancies, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, fostering partnerships based on trust, transparency, and mutual benefit.
- Internal Stakeholder Support: Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters, including contract interpretation, negotiation strategies, and risk management.
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for staff members to promote understanding and utilization of the ERP system and contracting processes.
