Nurse Manager

Elwyn is seeking a skilled and compassionate RN House Manager to join our team in a residential group home setting. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and support for our residents, while also providing leadership and guidance to our staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the delivery of high-quality nursing care and services to residents
- Supervise and mentor staff to ensure they are providing excellent care and support
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborate with the Program Administrator and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
- Active Professional Nurse (RN) licensure in good standing in the State of California
- Minimum one year recent medical surgical experience required
- Previous supervisory experience preferred, including strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Computer skills required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Valid California driver's license and acceptable driving history
