Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a procurement sustainability strategy aligned with the company's goals
- Collaborate with category teams on sustainability efforts during category strategy development, competitive sourcing events, and supplier outreach as required
- Research external data sources to understand industry trends, regulations, and best practices to improve the company's sustainability program
- Lead cross-functional sustainability projects, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, emissions reduction, water conservation, and responsible sourcing as assigned

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years of progressive experience within procurement, supply chain, and vendor management
- Experience building influential relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to drive results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals
