About the Role

This full-time position involves working 8-hour shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. You will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with respiratory disorders, developing and implementing respiratory care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary of $130,000 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans
  2. Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patient condition
  3. Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
  4. Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and treatments
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest respiratory therapy techniques and best practices
Requirements
  1. Current Respiratory Therapist license in the state of California
  2. Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
