Radial, the leader in omnichannel commerce technologies and operations, is seeking a Wave Planner to join our team. As a Wave Planner, you will play a critical role in optimizing the e-commerce end-to-end processes, reducing costs for our customers while enhancing the consumer experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of priorities and be able to manage Expeditor to expedite accordingly. Effective communication with outbound supervisors is also essential. Additionally, the Wave Planner will need to have a strong understanding and knowledge of WMS wave planning software to evaluate issues and maximize efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Manage priorities and expedite accordingly
• Communicate effectively with outbound supervisors
• Use WMS wave planning software to evaluate issues and maximize efficiency
• Investigate and solve workflow issues using knowledge of all DC operations
• Communicate issues and directions to associates
• Evaluate work processes for efficiency
• Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
• Follow all safety guidelines and perform in a safe and careful manner

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Minimum of 2-4 years experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment
• Previous wave planning/expediting experience preferred
• Initiative, attendance, punctuality, dependability, motivation, communication, quality, quantity, safety, and security skills
• Strong time management, communicating, listening, writing, and processing skills
• Good problem-solving skills and strong sense of urgency
• Knowledge of the warehouse layout and the supervisor in charge of each area
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, push or pull carts of up to 100 pounds, and climb stairs

Travel:

• This position is not remote
• Travel is not required

Hours: B Shift, Wednesday to Saturday 6:00am - 4:30pm. Must be available for additional hours as needed.
