We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Long Term Care team. This role is essential in providing high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment.

- Department: Skilled Nursing
- Schedule: PRN; as needed

- Location: Niles, IL
- Salary: Competitive hourly rate based on tier selected

Key Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse, you will:
- Deliver direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols.
- Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans.
- Observe, document, and communicate patient conditions effectively.
- Coordinate care among various healthcare disciplines.
- Execute physician and nursing orders accurately.
- Ensure patient safety by identifying hazards and initiating corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team on discharge planning needs.
Qualifications
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider certification obtained within 30 days of hire required. Accepted from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Registered Nurse licensure required prior to hire.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited nursing school or required professional licensure at the time of hire.
