This role involves assisting our practicing litigation defense attorneys with case preparation, including organization of medical records and implementation of urgent tasks. Experience in insurance defense is a plus, but knowledge of electronic filing requirements at state and federal courts in Texas is essential.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements- Assist attorneys in preparing cases for trial, including organization of medical records and implementation of urgent tasks with attention to detail.
- Provide excellent written and verbal communication skills, working proactively and independently as part of a team.
- Maintain proficiency with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and PDF maker (Nuance or Adobe Pro).
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
