Lead Compensation Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Compensation Analyst to join our team at Truity Partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administration of our compensation programs and policies, designing and implementing solutions for compensation programs, and serving as an internal subject matter expert on pay decisions, policy, and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the administration of compensation programs and policies
  • Design and implement solutions for compensation programs
  • Act as an internal subject matter expert on pay decisions, policy, and guidelines
  • Set pay and pay ranges for roles, new hires, transfers, and position changes
  • Lead training for new and existing leaders on compensation programs
  • Process annual merit increase approvals
  • Administer compensation survey management software
  • Complete all vendor compensation surveys
  • Conduct research analysis on compensation trends and best practices
  • Participate in staff annual surveys and use survey results to make modifications and recommendations
  • Update job descriptions
  • Ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, or business administration
  • 5+ years of compensation experience
  • Ability to prepare in-depth analysis
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
