TOP TALENT RECRUITER, a division of Marcel McElroy's JOB CONNECTION LLC, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a patient-centered dental practice, we focus on creating a positive experience for our patients while maintaining a collaborative and supportive workplace for our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Dental Hygienist to provide top-quality care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preventive dental care, excellent communication skills, and a patient-focused approach to care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth
  • Conduct periodontal evaluations and provide appropriate treatments
  • Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventative care
  • Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures when necessary
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update dental charts
  • Ensure all instruments and equipment are sterilized and maintained according to OSHA and CDC guidelines
  • Provide a high level of patient care, ensuring comfort and addressing any concerns
  • Stay current with new techniques, technologies, and developments in dental hygiene

Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure as a Dental Hygienist
  • Minimum of [3] years of experience as a Dental Hygienist
  • Proficient in dental software and digital radiography
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
