About the Role
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of digital metrics, including brand and direct response perspectives. You will be responsible for building analytic approaches across a broad mix of clients, providing measurement guidance on new business pitches, and helping to develop the Horizon Media approach and infrastructure for analytics on existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate data insights and trends to a broad audience, including technical and non-technical teams
  • Collaborate with media planning and brand strategy teams to develop KPIs and reporting methodologies
  • Develop processing workflows for data aggregation, cleansing, and harmonization across multiple media platforms
  • Establish QA protocols to ensure accuracy and data granularity for analyses
  • Build robust data visualizations and interactive dashboards to deliver information in an intelligent and digestible manner
  • Analyze information to bring forward insights, results, and suggest optimizations to improve said results

Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze raw data, identify trend drivers, draw conclusions, and summarize actionable recommendations
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of data structuring with Knime, SQL, R, Python preferred
  • Creative and curious approach to ramping up understanding aspects of digital advertising, digital media strategy, and standard media measurement
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to aggregate information and data from multiple sources
  • Experience with Tableau or other data visualization/dashboarding tools preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey and package technical findings in layman's terms
  • Ideally 1-2 years relevant experience preferred

Salary Range
$62,000 - $75,000.00

A successful applicant's actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, and training, licensure/certifications, and equity. As an organization, we take an aptitude and competency-based hiring approach. We provide a competitive total rewards package, including a discretionary bonus and a variety of benefits.
