Job Summary

">

As a Registered Nurse Clinical Coord Surgery at Del Sol Medical Center, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinating all functions in the unit/department during your designated shift. You will collaborate with other members of the management team to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Participate in ongoing assessments of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, in collaboration with other members of the management team.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
  • Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary.
  • Support efforts to improve engagement by operationalizing current nursing strategies, including employee rounding, hourly rounds, and other initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Current Compact or Texas RN License
  • Associate Degree, Nursing
  • One year of clinical experience in OR

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
