We are seeking a highly motivated SBA Lending Professional to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of business operations and offer expert advice on SBA lending opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solicitation and Relationship Building: Build and maintain account relationships by offering financial advice and counsel on SBA loans and related services.
2. New Business Development: Identify and approach potential and existing customers to develop new business opportunities and cross-sell additional services.
3. SBA Loan Processing: Solicit, negotiate, underwrite, and coordinate the closing of SBA loans, ensuring adherence to all lending policies and procedures.
4. Client Portfolio Management: Manage ongoing customer accounts and develop strategies to expand loan portfolios.
5. Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about SBA loan programs, regulations, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SBA lending within the local market.
• Demonstrated success in achieving high production goals and meeting lending targets.
• Strong track record of expanding loans, client relationships, and cross-selling services.
• Familiarity with SBA loan processing, underwriting, and closing procedures.
• Excellent underwriting skills and a thorough understanding of SBA loan guidelines.
